1. Definitions

  1. "Us", "our" and/or "we" means Hicom-Teck See Manufacturing Malaysia Sdn Bhd (Registration Number: 199101020263 (230574-H)), a member of the DRB-HICOM Group of Companies, including its subsidiaries, associated, related and affiliated companies as well as their subsidiaries, associated and affiliated companies, both local and international, whether present or future ("DRB-HICOM Group of Companies"), and shall include our agents, employees, contractors, and sub-contractors.
  2. "PDPA" means the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709) and any and all subsidiary legislation, regulations, and/or orders made thereunder and as may be supplemented from time to time and any guidelines and/or directives issued by any relevant authority.
  3. "Personal data" has the meaning assigned to it under the PDPA.
  4. "Processing" shall have the meaning assigned to it by the PDPA.
  5. "Products and/or services" means any products, goods, items, services, websites, applications, amenities, and/or facilities provided by us.

2. Personal Data We Process

Your personal data will be processed by us or by parties acting on our behalf. Such personal data will include (but will not be limited to) your name, national registration identity card number, passport number, nationality, race, birth date, age, gender, address, telephone number, e-mail address, religious beliefs, medical records, criminal records, affiliations, political beliefs, and any other information relating directly or indirectly to you or which may be used to identify you.

3. Purposes of Processing

We may process your personal data for the following purposes:

Our products and/or services are neither directed at nor intended for individuals under the age of 18. In the event we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a minor without the appropriate consent, we will take prompt steps to delete such personal data, where required by law.
